• Web Site and database support/updates/maintenance

• Telephone Support
• Remote and onsite support

Support Contracts from £25.00 per hour

This level of support is for customers who require contracted support or need to supplement in-house I.T. teams. It includes the following features: –

• Support Contracts must be purchased in advance
• Engineer callback within 2 hours
• Engineer guaranteed onsite within 1 working day
• Contracted support for 8 hours and over – £25.00 per hour
• Contracted suport for under 8 hours – £27.00 per hour
• Travel to and from site charged at 40p per mile

Note: If support contacted time exceeds banked hours then support charge will fall back to £30.00 per hour (unless client agrees to extend contract.)

Non-contracted Support from £30.00 per hour

• NO SUPPORT CONTRACT and NO REGISTRATION, simply pay-as-you-go!
• Engineer callback within 4 hours
• Engineer guaranteed onsite within 2 working days
• Time is charged in 15 minute blocks
• Travel to and from site charged at 40p per mile
